Hello! If you have not met me yet, let me introduce myself. My name is Morgan. I am 29 years old, and just trying to hold it all together day to day just like everyone else! I am an assistant manager for the Missouri Dept. of Ag, Grain Inspection. I and working slowing on growing a part time photography and media business called Busy lenses. I am currently engaged to my to my wonderful and strong fiancé, David. And we work very hard on being dog parents too our three, very different but very loved pups, Roscoe, Roxi and Cooper.
Here in this blog I hope to cover several topics. All of it relating back to how I handle life with all the things.
>mental health, the struggle of stress eating, and high anxiety and trying to loosing weight with Diabetes and PCOS.

Now, these all are common topics, but it gets tricker with both of us working our full time jobs and then some. Let me explain what I do for a living as a grain inspector, so better set how this all becomes a little harder. Grain Inspection, is well... we like to say and easy but complex job. We travel the state to help insure that grains and like commodities are sold, transported and certified properly under an act of Congress regulations provided by the USDA. This means we work hand and hand along side elevator workers, container shippers, and the rail road to ship grains all over the world. And there is no set hours. Days can be very long, and change with in a moments notice. For example as I am writing this post, two of our customers that had trains scheduled for tomorrow, have called an pushed off those trains until later in the week. Those trains might show up at 5 am tomorrow or midnight tomorrow night. But when it shows up, we have to be ready to go. The can take 7 to 16 hours to load. I've seen even longer days every few moons. Containers are more set hours, but still can be a lot of waiting around. Or getting called off at the last second, because none are coming in. And either getting the day off or a new project. On top of all of that.... I manger all of it for my area. Which means I do office work, and field work, along with carrying as work phone on top of my personal phone with me at all times. Many days I am walking up to 3 am phone calls or 11 pm check ins.
My Fiancé is a trooper when it comes to my job, and never complains and takes care of everything at home on his own. We also rent a small apartment on a horse boarding ranch. And it is our job each night to go check horses and lock up the barn. Which just throughs another crazy wrench in our busy lives. But I can be gone at times for a long time and it is nice knowing things at home will be taken care of. It is a lot to do it on your own. But I plan on sharing just how we do it all threw this blog and I hope you all can enjoy and maybe learn from it!
